FIF is a women's society built on connection, creativity, and authenticity.
We're a community of open-minded and supportive women who come together to celebrate femininity in all its  forms , through friendship, self-expression, and shared experiences.

At FIF, we value genuine connection over competition, expression over perfection, and sisterhood over superficiality. Every month, we organize one social drink and two fun or creative activities, alongside special celebrations and an unforgettable one-week trip in July.

FIF is a space to feel safe, seen, and inspired, a place to grow together, have fun, and make lifelong memories.

How it started...

We felt that something was missing in the student culture in Utrecht. A place where we could really be ourselves and a place where woman are celebrated. From a thought in the bus ride on a trip in Slovenia, to a thriving community. Soon, I, Yara, started looking for fellow enthusiasts and quickly formed a board. The search was close to home, as my close friends Tove Eriksson (Secretary), Loes Pinxteren (Treasurer), and Lotus Boost (Internal Affairs) came together to bring FIF to life and to form the first board. Together, we created a society that combines creativity, empowerment, and genuine connection, a safe space for women who want more than just another student group, more than just drinking and hookup culture.

And there it was, a space where women could form deep, drama-free connections and freely express their femininity. What started as a small idea has grown into a vibrant community of women who lift each other up, celebrate each other's individuality, and share countless laughs along the way.
